How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your Mozello subscription and stop your future payments, please follow these steps:
- Log into your website editor.
- Click Settings > General settings.
- Click Change Payment Settings.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
Please note that once you cancel your subscription, your website will no more be accessible. Also, while all future payments will be canceled, there are no refunds for already paid amounts.
